JUICE Infused Gear ordering is easy! We ve streamlined the process so you spend less time filling out forms
and more time on the field. It is just another way we make teams better.
JUICE items are shown at the bottom of each page . To get
the correct size, order a fit item or use the size chart at the
back of the catalog .
All of our uniforms are made of the highest quality fabrics .
Some items have the option of multiple fabrics to choose
from . Choose the fabric that best fits your needs .
Choose your design and pick the colors for your uniform .
Every jersey has a color sequence to assist in the order
process . If you have a design in mind that you don t see,
send us your idea and we will bring it to life!
Add as much decoration as you want! For a personalized
jersey, add your teams logo, name, numbers and player
names . See all the options available starting on page 31 .

Provide us with a list of all sizes, quantities, numbers and
player names (if applicable) . IMPORTANT! Rosters must
be submitted in excel format. No scanned, faxed or
photocopied rosters will be accepted.
5 Fill out your roster
Once you have double checked that you have all of the
information, send your request to juice@champrosports .com .
Our JUICE team will process your request and return your
proof within 1-2 business days!
6 Submit your request & receive your proof
Before the order can be processed and lead times start,
we must receive written approval of both your proof and
roster . Lead times will be confirmed at the date of
approval and will begin the next business day.
7 Approve your proof & roster & relax!
