TECHNICAL Description

DISTINCTIVE FEATURES

ELECTRICITY

Each façade grid is fitted with 2 feeders (Wago type connection), 3 standard sockets and 3 shuttered sockets situated in the raised floors. The 2 electrical cabinets on each floor have a 20% reserve.

TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

All the tower s technical equipment is connected to the building s BMS which is controlled via a workstation, as well as the monitoring of all electrical consumption (sub-metering per level of consumption of the HVAC equipment, lights and feeders) and fluids (sub-metering per amount of calories and frigories consumed by the HVAC equipment).

MONITORING

All office floor space equipment (lights, reversible ceilings and blinds) are monitored via wireless remote controls (every 22 grids) locally and remotely. A second computer network, connected to various meters, monitors and reports all the building s electrical consumption. This information can edit and display various reports, with several layers of detail, on the building s primary energy consumption.

VISUAL COMFORT

Intermediate floor: Floor to ceiling height = 2.60 m. Raised floor plenum space = 7 cm. G+40: 2.90 m clearance height in the parts of the offices with natural lighting. Significant natural lighting via a triple skin with great luminosity.

Artificial lighting: on the office floor space, the lights are integrated in the suspended ceiling, fitted with low-consumption fluorescent tubes, controlled by motion sensors. 80 cm heigh 300 lux lighting without supplementary lighting facilities. 0.70 uniformity coefficient.

ACOUSTIC COMFORT

In the office spaces, reversible ceilings provide the premises with air conditioning and heating, ensuring a very low level of noise during operation. The suspended ceilings installed in the office floor space has an alpha Sabin absorption coefficient that is less than 0.70.
