10 How do you manage your expenses?

I use an online system. They re super easy to use and they even have mobile apps so you can take all of your accounting tools on the go with you. It means when I purchase some new printer ink, I can just snap and upload a photo of the receipt and log it as an expense immediately. Easy!

I have an elaborate filing system.

I have a wallet full of receipts which I go through sporadically.

I give them to my accountant let him deal with it!
