The first step is to recognize the signs

and symptoms of burnout such

as feelings of exhaustion,

cynicism, and job dissatisfaction.

The next step is to reverse the cause of burnout by making

changes in your work environment, setting boundaries, or delegating tasks.

The final step is to build resilience to prevent burnout

from recurring in the future. This includes developing coping skills and practicing

self-car .
