Designed to enhance the protein on your buffet service, D.W. Haber’s carving boards and stands feature a well-built

stainless steel frame and either butcher block, aluminum or granite options for the insert. The versatile 24x18" stands

have interchangeable surfaces and feature a drip edge to catch any juices, while the Carving Extreme offers a catch

basin to keep surrounding surfaces clean. In either case, your carving station will be elevated from the table, providing

an enhanced catering presentation.

Granite will hold temperature between 140160 F 6071 C and all electric versions are available in 220v
