How to create Toolbox animations
Animations can be added directly in the link creator module of the Toolbox. This is done by adding
code in the dedicated box of specif ic link. To create an animation in the Toolbox, proceed as follows:
1. Add a link that will hold your animation 2. Add the code to the Animation box 3. Final result

This icon symbolizes that you can

into the editor for your fluidbooks.
This one allows you to copy the
animation code directly to your
clipboard, and paste it into a link
that’s already been placed and sized
correctly. In the event of several links
being used to create the animation,
the links will be separated by a #.
Draw the shape above the element you wish to animate,
following the rules we saw previously
Then, you can add one of the following types of link:

The code is a set of variables that describe the animation you
want. There are two kinds of variables: Type and Settings.
Type: This is the primary variable that def ines what kind of animation
you get. Please note that you can combine several types in the same
animation. Check out all the dif ferent types on this page
Settings: These are secondary variables that def ine the characteristics
of the animation like the duration and the delay. Some settings
(variables) can be used on any type and some are specif ic for a type.
