OPTIBLACK 2.2 OPTIBLACK 2.2 is a reformulation of our original OPTIBLACK but with better rear diffu- sion properties and consistent front projection surface characteristics. OPTIBLACK 2.2 produces superior diffusion properties from the rear while at the same time offering low gain, even front projection results. Due to its ideal luminance distribution, OPTIBLACK 2.2 is perfect for edge blending projection in 4K quality and/or wide viewing angles in both front and rear projection. It is frequently used in applications where a dark color projection surfaced is required.
