WHAT IS A MINDSET?

Our mindset is a set of assumptions, attitudes and beliefs that determine our interpretation and response to everyday situations and circumstances.

A mindset is a way of thinking, a mental disposition or frame of mind that shapes our thought habits. And our thought habits affect how we think, what we feel, what we do and how we make sense of the world and of ourselves.

The more self-aware we are about what our dominant and default mindset is, the more able we are to work on developing a more positive mentality towards challenges, problems and changes.
