What? Typically a contractor carefully vet any contractors being considered

In construction, renovation, maintenance or demolition projects requiring the use of heat

When? Cold Works cannot get the task done and are therefore unsuitable

Why?

Not in designated Hot Works areas, but in situ where the work needs to take place

Where? Using portable equipment How?

All circumstances, however small, require a Hot Works permit, with effective monitoring for safety
