The SA Projects

Each year the Academy is presented with a set of highly challenging technical projects for SHP s to work on. Part of the Academy s mission is provide more opportunity to develop technical skills and leadership competencies.

You are placed into sub teams where you will be able to collaborate with, research, design and deliver a robust team response to your project question at the Technology Conference in October.

Each project is a real business issue or opportunity. It is expected that the outcomes you present will have a real impact on the business. The end point is your line of sight throughout the Academy. Many of the projects are future focussed but may not have clear business ownership.
