The R&D team has worked with a group of very high-level paddlers, which, combined to the Select Paddle staff and its huge experience in the engi- neering of composite materials, gives us a strong added value. Our team consists of experts in all disciplines, favoring knowledge transfer with our technicians. The many hours spent on the water and in the workshop enable us to constantly im- prove our range of products. The machining and the digital cutting being inse- parable from the final quality of the product, we use the most reliable materials with the most in- novative manufacturing tools to make our paddles.
