Crystalex builds on the world-renown tradition of Czech glassmaking taking it into the

21st century and beyond. Originally from Nový Bor, a town which has for centuries been

the center of Northern Bohemian glass industry, Crystalex offers the best of Czech

glassmaking craftsmanship. Crystalex are the biggest producer of drinkware in all of

Czechia and are among the foremost glass producers worldwide.

Crystalex glass is one of the most eco-friendly melted glasses ever, using a fully electrical

method of heating the melting unit and inlet channels. In addition, the melting units

emit minimal noise, dust and heat, thus burdening the environment as little as possible.

Crystalex use melting furnaces of their own design, which are continuously upgraded and

optimised for the cleanest possible operation in line with their environmental policy and

applicable directives.
