Ensure that the transport operator has access to the space on the day of delivery (to prevent the delivery from aborting) and that the contract signatory will be present on the day of delivery (no leave or closure for works during the 2 weeks that follow signature).

On some models there is a learning cycle of 2 weeks. If the display does not turn off during that time it is not a breakdown. The cooler is understanding the outlets trading patterns, after 2 weeks the lights will turn off when the outlet is closed to save energy

Provide instructions in case of breakdown Supply your customer with the

account number and/or machine number found inside or on the back of the equipment.

Advise that they need to call our contact centre on 01908 822228 with their machine number or CCEP account.
