The transport operator must leave the site clean and remove all packaging. They must notify your customer when their work is complete and when they are leaving. Compliance must be validated by your customer, who will sign a Proof of Delivery .

We ensure the equipment is put into service; our transport operators must not only deliver but also unpack, plug in, and assemble accessories and ensure the correct functioning of the equipment in your customer s presence.

A satisfaction survey questionnaire is routinely sent from CCEP by email. Please ensure a customer email address is available in the ER.
