We deliver the equipment within 14 working days for coolers and 18 days for vendors from creation of your Equipment Request.

The transport operator routinely books an appointment directly with your customer beforehand & agrees on a suitable delivery timeslot and day which will normally be between 8am - 5pm.

SMS text messages will be sent

To you and your customer on booking in, with delivery date and details.

72 hours before delivery to you, so you can confirm with the customer that there will be no delivery issues on the day.

On the day of delivery at approx. 7am to you and your customer as a reminder.

A final SMS text will confirm drivers on route to your customer.
