HAPPY CUSTOMER!

The customer will be contacted by phone and email 48 hours before the equipment is to be delivered. The customer will receive a call from the delivery team 1 hour prior to delivery.

The technician will then install and commission the post- mix machine on the agreed date. Once the installation is complete the technician will train the customer on how to use and clean the equipment. They will leave the customer with a a cleaning kit, cleaning and troubleshooting guides.

A satisfaction questionnaire is then sent to the customer post installation.
