WHY DO ORGANIZATIONS NEED AGILE LEADERS? Traditional models of leadership have evolved primarily for maintaining stability in a familiar and predictable environment.

They are based on the idea that each employee has a defined area of responsibility and knows their place in the chain of command. They assume that organizations operate according to established structures and processes, within familiar and largely stable market conditions.

These days we know that is no longer true of most organizations. Recent years have seen a paradigm shift in how organizations look, feel and operate.

And changing times require a changing approach to leadership.
