and send it to your financial intermediary. Your financial intermediary will then

get in touch with CACEIS Corporate Trust directly in order to transfer your

shares and provide your personal contact information.

HOW CAN I CONVERT MY SHARES TO ADMINISTERED REGISTERED FORM ?

If you hold bearer shares, you need to get in touch with your financial

intermediary to ask for the conversion of your LVMH shares to administered

registered form.

The administrative management of your shares has been delegated to
