What does the adoption of this innovative approach involve? Arthur: It means building an offering to meet the needs and desires of students today. It means ensuring optimal conditions to ensure the success of their studies. To this end, we have formed our approach around sever- al different pillars, including well-being, proximity and responsibility.

Well-being: Above all, the accommodation environment is key:

shared common spaces that are modular, inviting, comfortable and with a Wi-Fi connection, where stu- dents can work and play. Carefully-designed, furnished accommodation with Wi-Fi.

Ensuring student well-being is also a priority, and to this end we set up psychological support sessions and workshops on budget management, nutrition, risk-pre- vention, as well as coaching and job dating, amongst others.  

Also on offer are sports sessions, cooking lessons, evening events organised regularly by our teams to share some good times and establish a sense of com- munity.

Proximity: Studéa Residences offer the advantage of being located in city centres, allowing them to be well rooted in local life and the local economy through services and events set up with traders and local entities.

Responsibility: The company is a proponent of social and environmental responsibility, through initiatives led with local associa- tions, introductory sessions given on first aid, as well as to promote soft mobility and waste recycling.

How is the innovation approach deployed by Nexity Studéa Residences? We focus on envisaged use upstream of the process to plan the renovation projects of our common spaces; We then roll out our programme of regular events and inputs by the partners and associations that are held in these same spaces.  To promote, support all these initiatives and a foster a greater sense of community life, we have developed a mobile app that allows everyone to communicate with their neighbours, register for events and communicate with their Residence Manager. We also rely on driving forces - our customers - through tenant ambassadors who form a link between custom- ers and us: they are an essential link in ensuring project success.
