Façade and roofing
The main entrance can be found at
176 Rue Montmartre, and provides access to
the building via a leafy inner courtyard.
A second entrance can be found at
27 Boulevard Poissonnière.
The stone cladding of the street façade
has been restored to bring the building’s
historical character to the fore. The cladding
on the façades of the inner courtyards has also
been restored. The curtain wall features extruded
anodised aluminium profiles and insulated
double-glazing to provide as much light as
possible, as well as the best possible thermal
and sound insulation, while also providing
natural ventilation.
It boasts double-glazed aluminium window
frames that deliver sound insulation of 38 dB
streetside and 35 dB overlooking the courtyard.
All of the window frames on LG1, garden level,
the ground floor, and floors 1-6 feature P6B
burglary protection glass.
The roof is made using slate and zinc.
The central building’s rooftop enjoys a 257 m²
accessible terrace with unobstructed views over
the rooftops of Paris, all the way to Sacré-Cœur.
Lobby
The main lobby can be accessed via the
property’s two entrances. It is a versatile space
of approximately 300 m², and provides access to
the lifts and central staircase. It contains double
height spaces, informal meeting spaces, cafes,
and lounges, and is also suitable for co-working.
It is spread over 2 floors connected by patios,
and looks out onto leafy courtyards.
The building, courtyard, and lobby are all
accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
The lobby is connected to LG1, which is home
to a digital detox space, break room, meeting
lounges, and patios. The ground floor, garden
level, and LG1 form an interconnected whole,
and provide ever more opportunities for users to
meet and interact, all while providing a generous
living space.
The main entrance at 176 Rue Montmartre opens
onto the central courtyard that leads to the
building’s lobby. It also provides access to the
bike storage area found on the garden level.
Rue Montmartre also provides access to the
29-space car park, via a private ramp. The car
park boasts direct access to the upper floors.
The entrance at 27 Boulevard Poissonnière
provides direct access to the bike storage area
on LG1 via stairs or a service lift.
