Power Supply - High
Power Supply
The building is fitted with several
Tarif Jaune (commercial) meters for general
facilities, shops, and the charging of electric
vehicles.
Tarif Bleu (industrial) meters have been installed
for tenants, with one on every floor apart from
LG1 for general services, the outbuildings on the
6th floor, and 7th floor attic space.
Solar panels with micro-inverters feed power
directly into the building’s high-voltage wiring.
Each floor is fitted with a subpanel connected to
that floor’s Tarif Bleu (industrial) meter.
Equipment
Both the high and low power supplies run
beneath the raised flooring. The strong current
power supply is delivered through a manifold
and junction box (at tenant’s expense).
The low-current power supply is not yet
distributed, but cable routes and ducts have
been provided in the flooring for later distribution.
There are two high-voltage control panels
per floor (one every half-floor). Space has also
been set aside for the creation of tea rooms.
Each bike storage area has four waterproof
sockets, and as many electric bike battery
charging points as there are racks.
Power Supply - high: the control panels on each
floor come with two busbars to deliver power to
workstations, one of which enables an inverter
to be fitted, as well as one busbar per usage
(lighting, power sockets, fan coils, etc.).
Power Supply - low
Telephony and Data Cabling
A local operator will have space on the lower
ground floors with option for a VDI room with
connections provided on every floor
Premises are delivered without data cabling but
cable paths and ducts have been provided in the
flooring for later wiring
Space has been provided for tenants to install
fibre optic equipment in plant rooms
Building Management System
The building is equipped with a building
management system:
• Zoned heating, ventilation, and
air-conditioning management and lighting
control.
• Lighting management.
• Remote waste management system.
• Energy consumption monitoring system.
• Automated watering of outside areas.
• Centralised technical alarm
system for the building.
Green spaces
More than 878 m² of balconies, terraces, and
leafy courtyards define the building’s character.
This means that each floor looks out directly
onto its own greenery, be that a terrace or
a balcony.
