BUSINESS OASIS
Office Space
The typical floors are made up of extensive
open plan office spaces (an average of 900 m²)
with modular partitions, accessed via a central
landing. Each floor features four bathrooms,
each of which contains at least one accessible
toilet. There is an option to increase the number
of toilet facilities in order to raise the occupancy
of each floor from 10 m² per person to 8 m²
per person, in line with the French Labour
Code, resulting in an ability to accommodate a
further 116 people. Each office floor features its
own outdoor space laid out around the central
building.
The average headroom in the office spaces is
2.45 m.
For the street-facing building on Rue Montmartre,
the walls are painted and feature wooden
window frames that create alcoves that can
serve as seating areas.
The suspended ceilings are soundproofed,
monolithic, plastered, and feature metal tiles with
recessed lighting.

Vertical circulation
The building is served by five Schindler lifts.
The building is designed with vertical circulation
close to each entrance. There’s a lift on the Rue
Montmartre side with a capacity of 630 kg (8
people), and another on Boulevard Poissonnière
with a capacity of 1000 kg (13 people) that
provides access exclusively to the car park and
bike storage. The three other lifts run from LG1
to the upper floors. They each have a capacity
of 630 kg (8 people), and provide accessible
access to every floor.
Two lifts run up alongside the central landing,
with the third found inside the building on the
Boulevard Poissionnière side.
• Brushed stainless steel doors with centre
opening.
• Stoneware floor to match lobby, and mirrored
and coloured iridescent walls.
• Two lifts feature dual openings for better
circulation and access to mezzanines.
The landings are lighted by recessed strip lights,
and enclosed in a glass wall that opens onto
the main floor.
Decorative finishes
• Stoneware floor.
• Pattern imprinted concrete wall panels to
match lobby, with recessed LED lighting.
• Mono-acoustic plaster ceilings with LED
lighting.
Three stairways found in the centre and at each
end of the building facilitate vertical circulation
both up and down between every floor. A fourth,
majestic central staircase in the lobby provides
access to the different floors that make the lobby
a living space
Two other stairways at each end of the building
lead to LG plant rooms archives and car parks
