Enjoy the local green space at The Rye, located in the town centre of High Wycombe, a short walk from the High Street. The park covers an area of more than 53 acres and is the second largest park in the district. At one end of the park are the public tennis courts and the Lido, an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer. With the country s capital on your doorstep, it s hard to believe that High Wycombe could tempt even the most ardent shopper to stay local -yet it has done just that with a busy high street and two shopping centres, the Chilterns and the recently redeveloped Eden Centre. The Eden Centre alone is home to over 100 shops, including Marks & Spencer, House of Fraser and New Look, as well as a bowling alley and a multi-screen cinema.
