CHANGING THE CO2 CYLINDER

1 Shut off valve by turning white knob clockwise.

2 Then disconnect empty cylinder using only the metal spanner provided.

3 Secure new cylinder in an upright position with a strap or chain.

4 Before connecting the CO2 hose, check sealing washer is in place, then tighten the nut.

5 Slowly open valve to release gas by turning knob anticlockwise. When hissing stops, open fully. Then check your CO2 contents gauge.

DON T FORGET Bulk CO2 systems may vary. Regularly check condition of all hose connections for cuts, abrasions and splits. Store full cylinders upright, in a secure place away from heat sources. Always handle with care. If in doubt, call service provider. Ensure a risk assessment is in place in line with legal requirements.

The CO2 pressure regulator system is covered by current legislation. CCEP or authorised CO2 suppliers must undertake periodic inspections of the regulators on the customers behalf as required by this legislation.
