Notice when you think in ways that don’t make space for change or improvement. Remind yourself that beliefs like “I always get this wrong” or “I’ll never manage that” are opinions, not facts.
Pause before reacting
Next time you face a challenge that seems impossible, stop and ask what assumptions you’re making about your ability to meet this challenge.
Reflect daily
At the end of the day, recall any fixed mindset moments and how you responded. Make a note of growth mindset thinking about that situation, so you can apply it next time.
