1 2 3We deliver the equipment within 14 working days for coolers and 18 days for vendors from creation of your Equipment Request.

The transport operator will book in a delivery direct with the customer. They will deliver anytime between 8am – 5pm.

SMS text messages will be sent • To you and your customer on

booking in, with delivery date and details.

• 72 hours before delivery to you, so you can confirm with the customer that there will be no delivery issues on the day.

• On the day of delivery at approx. 7am to you and your customer as a reminder.

• A final SMS text will confirm drivers on route to your customer.
