We’ll attend site to complete a technical survey in which the following points will be reviewed: a) approved equipment and customers needs - b) any technical restraints and access issues (recommend carbon- dioxide monitor installation for safety reasons) - c) check utilities needs (electricity, water, python route) - d) highlight any work that might be required prior to installation - e) explain the installation process.
The output of the technical survey will be sent to the ER requestor and the customer. It will advise if the install is ok to proceed, if there is any work to be completed by the customer, prerequisites for the install & dates, if known.
The equipment will be ordered in line with required date. If there are technical issues with installing the approved CCEP post-mix equipment, you will need to discuss and agree next steps with your Sales Manager.
