If not already completed, create the equipment request (ER) and attach the digital contract signed. The ER must include 2 contact names, telephone numbers & email addresses, along with any delivery information required.

Using the output of the technical survey work with your customer to get the site ready for install. If the install is not possible, please follow up with conversations around packaged options.
