The CDO will contact the customer via phone to check for site readiness. When ok to proceed, they will plan in the delivery date and confirm the installation date with the customer.

The customer will be contacted by mail prior to delivery (if a valid email address is supplied on the ER).

6 7 The technician will then install and commission the post-mix machine on the agreed date. Once the installation is complete the technician will train the customer on how to use and clean the equipment. They will leave the customer with a cleaning kit, cleaning and troubleshooting guides.

A satisfaction questionnaire is then sent to the customer post installation.
