Once you have analyzed the information you have about the role and worked out what the most important competencies are, you can prepare how you will answer the questions you are likely to be asked in the interview.
The interviewer will want you to provide real-life examples from your past experience to show that you have the skills, experience and attitude they are looking for. So think about what you have done in the past that relates to the competencies required for this job.
For example, if you think they will be looking for someone that will be able to juggle lots of different tasks at once, think back to specific times in your career when you have had to do just that.
