Preparing for interviews When you are preparing for an interview, it s important that you do some research in advance there s no such thing as being too prepared!

When you have gathered a lot of information about the job, the team or company, the people and the service, you will:

 Feel more confident.  Better understand what they are looking for.  Be ready to answer any questions they might ask.  Show that you are passionate about the opportunity.  Make a great impression.

Think about the areas you will research as part of your interview preparation, and make some notes on your Career Planning Worksheet.
