Regular Maintenance

Know where your stop tap is and turn it off and on every six months to prevent seizing

Consider quarterly plumbing checks and annual boiler inspections and make sure agreements are in place to get access

Maintain seals around baths and shower trays, and lag exposed pipes

Keep an ambient minimum temperature >10°C in winter months

Keep emergency plumbing contact readily available
