No one style is wrong or right, and every style has it s pros and cons. Here are some things to think about, depending on your own natural preferred way of communicating .

These adjustments may initially seem uncomfortable and it might take a while to get used to communicating in a way that doesn t feel natural. But as your efforts begin to pay off, the awkwardness will disappear and you will notice the benefits in your relationships.
