Growth learning courses Provide learning that brings together a cohort of people to share experiences and understand more about things such as resilience and self- awareness and how this can impact them - both inside and outside of work. People need a psychologically safe environment where they can share, reflect, and are encouraged to grow.

Personal development It’s important that managers

have regular conversations - with databased feedback - to support young people. You can use these

discussions to understand what they are working on and what they are great at, but to also challenge

their continuous growth.

Wellbeing champions Gather a group of colleagues, who are passionate about wellbeing and supporting others, to champion wellbeing within your workplace. These champions may not be line managers, which helps to create a safe space where people feel able to speak freely and in confidence, so may need upskilling on internal and external wellbeing initiatives, and on how to have open conversations to share what is working and what more can be done. They then become another safe group for people to speak to in confidence.
