Engagement surveys

Consider issuing a regular survey that includes questions about how the organisation helps to support mental wellbeing. Once a new wellbeing initiative has been introduced, comparing this to a previous survey result will help you to understand how colleagues have perceived it.

People metrics

Analysing the statistics on absence, retention, and performance can be instrumental in providing data-driven feedback.
