Working conditions

Our teams are our greatest asset. For the third year in a row,

we rank among Canada’s Top 100 Employers. Just recently,

we were also selected as one of the Top 100 Employers for

Young People in Canada.

This recognition attests to how important it is to us to retain

our employees by investing in their development and provi-

ding working conditions that foster professional fulfilment and

growth. Last year, we invested over $3 million in training for

the development of our full-time employees, for an average

of $1,011 per person.

We’re in full growth and we welcome lots of new talent each

year. In 2022, 507 new people joined our team, 37% of whom

are women.

To enhance our offer, we conducted an organizational survey

among all our employees at the beginning of 2023 to gauge

their satisfaction with our company, notably in regards of

DEI. The survey allowed each person to self-identify accor-

ding to their preferred gender. This was also an opportunity

to announce the creation of a new value proposition for

employees (VPE), illustrated in the initiatives described below.
