Talk them through any planned training, meetings and what they can expect in the first 90 days

Discuss how you will support them as a manager in the onboarding period

Confirm any other people they can contact if they have any questions, e.g. Administrative Coordinator

Thank them for their time and confirm start date, time and where to report to on the first day at Amgen
