We all have unconscious biases - certain types of people we prefer over others. It s obvious when you think about it!

Unfortunately for many years unconscious bias has been exactly that unconscious. We have recruited people like us and rejected those who are different.

Inclusion and diversity of people helps organisations win. Better ideas come from more diverse thinking. Innovation happens when we try something different.

Decided on two candidates? Now reflect on these questions. Why did you reject the others? Did your reasons for rejecting them link to the job you are recruiting for or your opinion?
