What do you see going on around you? Are there

high levels of collaboration and genuine teamwork? Do you see people developing themselves and coaching others? Are people making good use

of forums for them to innovate or contribute ideas? Are high-quality work

and discretionary effort recognized? Do managers create the conditions for

high engagement levels?

Do some informal observation of your team members and identify the most engaged. Get these people on board with launching an engagement crusade!
