I get so engrossed in my work, I lose track of time If I can help a colleague who is falling behind, I will, even at the expense of my own work If somebody puts forward a new way of doing something, I m the first to give it a go I m always on the lookout for ways to develop myself and others

I can generally find a positive angle on anything

I recommend my company to friends and relatives

When a project goes wrong, I look to learn lessons and move on I regularly give praise to others for a job well done and like to get the same in return I am surrounded by colleagues I can trust to deliver the same level of high-quality work I do
