Section Role & Missions assessment I self-assess and comment my role and missions performance over the last year.
Section Goals for the coming year I propose new goals for the coming year.
Section Career preferences I share with Ana any relevant information concerning my career expectations.
Section Training needs I describe my training needs in order to discuss them during the YDR meeting.
Once I've completed every field of the form, I send my YDR form for my dotted line manager s feedback. To do so, I click on "Get Feedback under the "Action" button of the Route Map or at the bottom of the page and type his/her name.
Section Goals assessment I self-assess and comment each of my goals.
Section Leadership Principles assessment I self-assess and comment Leadership Principles and I think about up to two Leadership Principles I estimate mastering and two others I would like to develop in the Global comment section. I will then discuss it with my manager during the meeting.
I have to submit my feedback before August 23rd.
