I organize a meeting with dotted line manager(s) to discuss Maria s performance enabling me to also determine her workload for the year to come.
Section Role & Missions assessment I rate and comment on last year s Maria s role and missions.
I schedule the YDR meeting with Maria to discuss her performance and development.
I complete the YDR form in Sh@re2 by clicking on To-do tile:
Section Goals assessment I rate and comment Maria s goals.
Section Leadership Principles assessment I provide a rating on the Leadership Principles and comment. After the discussion with Maria I identify within the tool up to two "Well mastered Leadership Principles" and up to two Leadership Principles to develop" and comment these choices.
Section Overall performance rating I am responsible for making the final assessment of Maria by considering the inputs of the dotted line managers.
Section Goals for the coming year I propose new goals and decide which goals to set for the coming year.
Section Career preferences I read Maria s career preferences and comment.
Section Training needs I read Maria s Training needs and comment.
