The role and missions are the activities that have to be performed in the day to day job.  You will assess your role and missions and comment on your strengths and areas of improvement by providing specific examples and facts to explain them. Ask yourself the right questions to do this assessment: What are the main achievements? , What could have been done better? How? .

The YDR enables to assess the individual performance of each employee.

This requires to look back to assess each goal, using results and concrete examples to support the feedback. Achievement of each goal is assessed by using the rating scale.

Leadership Principles assessment

The Servier Leadership Model helps to convert our Values into day-to-day behaviors and play as a team. SLM is a framework of 8 Leadership Principles translated into 24 Leadership Behaviors that all people share collectively. It is a way to foster the strengths of all people, to create an environment where everyone feels encouraged and can express their leadership and reveal their talents.
