How to Assign Performance Ratings Let s make it real. Let s see what some of our colleagues have done and how their Line Leader rated them

Sasha delivered several ground-breaking projects with critical deliverables which changed the way Shell does business. All of her work was executed with a continuous improvement mindset by challenging scope and looking for new ideas that bring greater value for Shell, which ultimately made a significant impact to her asset s bottom-line. Additionally, Sasha provided meaningful coaching to her team which has been a key element in helping them through a complex reorganisation.
