Picture Principle:
Line Leader rates all employees who were reporting to them as at September 30. For example, if an employee transfers to a new role on October 01, then the former Line Leader is responsible for rating the employee.
If a Line Leader is not available to provide ratings (i.e. is absent during the assessment phase) align with the next level leader who can edit indirect reports.
