CALIBRATION KEY ACTIVITIES The EC-2 leader should hold a meeting with direct reports to conduct the following: 1. Review Performance Ratings to check the distribution guidance, focus on groups
outside of Strong and ensure the distribution aligns to business performance 2. Review PSP nominations to ensure it is in line with the criteria and participation levels 3. Review D&I dashboards and any potential skews to ensure that they are substantiated
by performance evidence 4. Communicate any changes made to Line Leaders after the session
EVP Sign Off KEY ACTIVITIES: 1. Review outcomes from the Calibration of performance ratings and PSP nominations 2. Ensure any potential diversity skews are substantiated by performance evidence 3. Sign off on final outcomes
