Jane completed her goals and while they were important to the business, they did not have the same level of difficulty or schedule demands that her teammates did. Jane made important contributions improving several process safety initiatives and has been a role model for achieving Goal Zero. In addition, Jane made a number of positive contributions to the development of her team which led several of her direct reports to see breakthrough results in their own goals.

George achieved most of his goals but it took additional team members to help his project get to completion. Additionally, George has received repeated feedback about his negativity and approach to leading his team. While he made some improvements in his behaviour, two of his direct reports found new roles because of his communication style.
