A great example: in just nine months, we designed and delivered four modular clinics for COVID-19 patients, a process that usually takes eight to 10 years.
In parallel with the additional efforts gener- ated by the pandemic, we brought together about 100 company leaders to build our new five-year strategic plan and shared it with all employees. This exercise also served to reaffirm our commitment to redefining the construction industry.
The recovery will accelerate transformation of the industry
The active role our industry will play in the emerging economic recovery will fast-track the changes.
We believe there are four essential elements:
Addressing the shortage of skilled labour; Forming partnerships for more complex
projects; Focusing on prefabrication; Better protecting the environment.
We will achieve this through innovation and collaboration among all the players in our ecosystem.
Our unity drives our growth
As the saying goes, you should never let a good crisis go to waste. We took it at its word and are proud of the results. We have stayed the course, while caring for those around us. Our family spirit has informed our actions across Canada, with respect for local particularities.
We thank all those who are on this journey with us: our employees, clients, professional partners, subcontractors and suppliers, as well as our Board of Directors. Your commitment and trust have always been and will continue to be our inspiration and guiding light.
