Looking to the future with confidence,
from St. John s to Victoria
Even though in-person classes were can- celled, Charlotte was able to continue her studies with the peace of mind that comes from having a state-of-the-art workspace and Internet access at her neighbourhood library, which we built.
A library, a bridge, a hospital or any other project we are involved in contributes to growing communities and improving their quality of life. We take this responsibility to heart.
That s why we want to redefine the construc- tion industry for the good of our business and, ultimately, of society. We want to be at the forefront of making our industry more efficient, innovative, environmentally friendly, diversi- fied and ethically sound. These advances will impact the public in the form of new or improved services or reduced costs.
At a time when infrastructure needs are enor- mous and markets are more robust than ever, we are ready, willing and able to play a pivotal role. We will continue to accelerate our activ- ities in Canada, with projects ranging from the smallest to the largest and most complex.
To achieve this, we will build on our intra- preneurial culture. Through innovation and collaboration among all the players in our ecosystem, we ll be able to:
Address the skilled labour shortage by attracting, training and retaining talent from underrepresented groups. In par- ticular, we rely on our internship program not only to contribute to developing new specialized talent, but also to ensure a new generation of professionals;
Deliver projects of greater complexity through partnerships to pool expertise, plan more effectively and avoid waste;
Prefabricate components to minimize neighbourhood disturbances, reduce delivery times and costs for clients, and minimize risks for workers;
Better protect the environment by com plying with the highest standards required by clients.
We make every effort to be the best company to work with and work for across the country.
