F rom coast to coast, we are working on close to 200 projects of all sizes at the same time: a community centre in Labrador, a hospital in Nova Scotia, a maritime terminal in New Brunswick, a seniors residence in Que- bec, a student residence in Ontario, a marine jetty in British Columbia, and many more. We approach each one differently, depending on its size and method of delivery.
Our role as general contractor has evolved considerably in recent years. We ve become partners in all phases of a project from the initial idea to design, construction, financing, operation and maintenance. We are in a good position to assume or share the risks that tra- ditionally fall to our clients.
In the past, we constructed the building s skeleton and others took care of the rest. Today, more and more structures are smart and highly complex, and expertise comes from everywhere our teams, our clients, trades- people, engineers, architects.
Working together and using cutting-edge tech- nologies help us deliver high-quality struc- tures. Building information modeling (BIM) is at the heart of our work and we excel in virtual design and construction.
Drawing on our construction, project manage- ment and design optimization expertise, we deliver buildings in the institutional, industrial, commercial and residential sectors. Our teams dedicated to each of these sectors are also responsible for selecting and supervising our trade partners and ensuring the quality of their work.
Our clients also rely on our own specialists and our fleet of heavy equipment to perform most of our civil engineering work, on land and on water.
Each project is an opportunity to apply our strict health and safety and quality assurance programs, along with the most stringent, cut- ting-edge environmental standards.
